She shared her morning wellness and skin care ritual with Women Health. “Because I’ve had a long, hard journey with my skin, I start my mornings with certain things that have helped me fight my acne,” she says. “I do notice that when I eat these things in the morning, I get less sleep. I drink this green stuff called Macro Greens with a little mint flavored chlorophyll. Then I take all these vitamins – to try to tell myself that I am a person who takes vitamins. I take fish oil, turmeric, zinc and all these things for the skin.”
