2024 Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Campaign

The Prevention and Protection Service encourages all its employees to join the Vaccination Program organized for it by the University on this occasion, as part of the 2024-25 Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Campaign.

Employees wishing to access the vaccination program must request an appointment in advance by completing a form that will be required to schedule an appointment.

Instructions for accessing and completing the form:

1. To access the form, you must first register in the CAMPUS OFFICE 365 LICENSE corporate application.
2. If you don’t have advance access, you’ll need to sign up for the enterprise app by following the instructions that appear on the web address.
3. After registering for the application, you must access through https://www.office.com using the common UCO email username and password you provided when registering with Microsoft (this does not have to be the UCO email password).
4. When filling out the form, all items are mandatory.
5. In the same form you need to download the document of informed consent for the flu shot and deliver during vaccination employees of the sanitary inspection department. Without this document, vaccination will NOT be possible.
6. In a few days you will receive a vaccination date and time via corporate email.
