Joaquin Niemann has proven himself at LIV Golf Mayakoba!

Chilean Joaquin Niemann won the Mexican Mayakoba tournament at LIV Golf this Sunday.after four playoff holes against Spain’s Sergio Garcia, in second place, and Jon Rahm, tied for third with South African Dean Burmester.

Niemann and Garcia battled through four playoff holes.the last one with almost no sunlight in the El Camaleon field on the Mexican Riviera Maya.

In the third and final round at Mayakoba, Niemann finished with 70 strikes.while Garcia had 66 hits, so after three days of activity both had scored 201, leading to a four-hole playoff, which the Chilean won.

Augusta Masters champion Jon Rahm had a mixed debut at LIV, shooting 70 in the final round to shoot 203 to finish tied for third with Burmester.

Niemann, who remained in first place for three days of Mayakoba, earned $4 million. for winning the competition that opens the third campaign; Garcia received $2.25 billion and Ram received $1.5 billion.

The best Latin Americans at the Riviera Maya tournament were Colombian Sebastian Muñoz, 13th place; Mexican Abraham Ancer (28th place) and Spaniard Eugenilo Lopez-Chacarra (32nd place).
