Forever Skies, an action and survival game, will debut exclusively on PS5 and PC in 2024.

Far From Home, the developers of a first-person sci-fi survival adventure set on an airship. Forever skyannounced an official collaboration with PlayStation.

In addition to providing development and grant support, cooperation will allow Forever sky will debut in its final version on PS5 and PC in 2024.

The team assured players that the PC version, which is currently in early access, will not be affected in any way. The game will debut on PlayStation 5 consoles simultaneously with its full version on Steam after Early Access ends.

Andrzej Blumenfeldgameplay director Forever skyenthusiastically commented:

Far From Home is joining forces with PlayStation to focus on polishing Forever Skies as much as possible for console release. So, when early access on PC ends and we are ready to release the full game, we will release it as a console version for PlayStation 5.

But don’t worry because this won’t affect the progress of development or the launch of the Steam version that will be released at the same time.

The final version of the game will include both single and co-op modes for 4 players. The team also just released the latest Steam patch, including over 45 quality of life improvements, and the game’s next major content update is scheduled for March/April 2024.

The update will add the next chapter of the story, a complex ship farming system, new locations and new equipment.
