Hades II is now available in Early Access

The Supergiant Games team has announced that Hades II is now available in Early Access. A few weeks ago, the game passed a technical test, which ended on April 29, and is now available to all players.

The game is available on Steam and Epic Games Store for €28.99. Prices for such games usually increase after version 1.0 is released.

According to the description on the Steam page, the game will be in early access “at least until the end of 2024.” The game’s goal is to release major updates every couple of months; The full version will include “a much more complete and polished feature set than the Early Access version, as well as Steam achievements and a true ending to the story.”

Hades II is the sequel to Hades, a roguelike released by Supergiant Games in 2020. This time the main character is the Immortal Princess of the Underworld, who will have to fight the Time Titan. The new version retains many of the gameplay features of the first game, but also adds more depth to some mechanics.
