This is the latest news from Copilot
Copilot for Microsoft 365 will auto-populate our messages to help us get more accurate results.
Artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots have enormous potential, but we must make the most of them. If we don’t use correct readings These tools may end up giving us very different answers than we expected. And this can become a problem in the workplace.
Over time, we realized that if we want to get the best results in a search engine like Google, we must use a certain combination of words. Now we are little by little learning how to communicate with AI. This skill is so necessary that the role of “operations engineer” has emerged on the scene.
Microsoft wants us all to be “operations engineers”
It is known as “Rapid Design”, which allows you to find suitable text directions to interact with AI models and get accurate results. Microsoft wants to make things easier with Copilot. Instead of starting from scratch to create a hint, a chatbot will help us get more detailed instructions.
When we start writing a message in the chatbot, it will prompt us to complete it automatically. This is a more powerful autocomplete feature than what is currently available by pressing the tab key. In this case, Copilot for Office 365 will analyze the context and suggest how to continue the message.
The tool will also come with a feature called “Rewrite.” He seeks to enable us to receive more detailed instructions from main message. In addition, Copilot will allow system administrators to create custom recommended messages for their teams through Copilot Lab.
Microsoft continues to work to improve its artificial intelligence tools in the midst of a race in which other companies such as Google are also looking to stand out. All of these features will be available “in the coming months” in Copilot for Office 365.
