Experts took pictures of the “Hand of God” in space at a distance of 1,300 light years and revealed its enormous size.

The US National Science Foundation on Cerro Tololo achieved to capture on May 10 a phenomenon called the “Hand of God.” because of its heavenly form. This nebula is known as CG4, a cometary globule located in the Milky Way, 1,300 light-years from Earth in the constellation Puppis. The phenomenon in question was discovered by Victor M. Blanco using a four-meter telescope.an instrument that allowed astronomers and experts to study this globule in detail, revealing its size and composition.

They captured the “Hand of God” in space, and experts were impressed, although this is not the first time such a strange cometary globule has been seen.

It is assumed that initially these globules could have been spherical nebulae, the formation of which was interrupted by the effects of a nearby supernova explosion, which would have served as a priori justification. Although there are other astronomers who firmly believe that cometary globules determine their shape depending on the stellar winds and ionizing radiation to which they are exposed. Experts are still studying this phenomenon closely to understand all its details, but it appears there is still a long way to go to come to a clear conclusion.
