Porsche Ibérica celebrates its 40th anniversary with the launch of a 911 Carrera GTS, so special and so ours.
Porsche has released a special edition 911, which can be considered a gift from the brand in both Spain and Portugal. On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Porsche Ibérica. The Stuttgart brand presented the Porsche 911 Cuarenta Edition.with special body paint and individual interior based on the new 911 Carrera GTS with T-Hybrid system.

At first, the green tone of the body is quite striking and at the same time may seem familiar to us. This is Quercusverde, based on holm oak leaves and inspired by forests of holm, oak and cork oak trees. which extend across the entire Iberian Peninsula. Like the other special colours that the 911 bodywork can wear, this Quercusverde shade was developed as part of the Paint to Sample Plus offer to create precise colours to suit the customer’s requirements.
The oak tree is also depicted on anniversary logo The logo on the B-pillar is a nod to the original Porsche 911, while the protective film on the wings is a reference to an optional feature on the 911 from the 1980s, when the Porsche Ibérica was created. This special edition features RS Spyder Design wheels in matt black. with a shiny silver ring and Porsche logo on the cap.
Inside we also find leather details that remind us of the materials specialists who work in Spain.
Inside we find combination of brown truffle and brown Cohiba in leatherusing the darkest tone both on the dashboard and below. The lightest tone leather is used in the moldings, a reference to the leather craftsmanship of the Iberian Peninsula (which is an important economic engine, as is the case in Ubrique in the province of Cadiz). Mechanically there is no difference. The 911 Carrera GTS, which we saw just a few months ago. That is, the 3.6-cylinder flat-six. with one turbocharger and an electric motor integrated into the turbocharger, as well as another electric motor coupled to an eight-speed PDK gearbox. The mechanics, developing 541 hp, accelerate from 0 to 100 in 3 seconds and reach a top speed of 312 kilometers per hour.

This is a limited edition of 40 units.this number was chosen for obvious reasons. Once they receive their cars, starting in October 2024, they will be given a custom-made tarpaulin for this 911 with the Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur logo and the letters Cuarenta Edition. The final price of each of these editions in Spain will be approximately 284,439 euros.
