Alicante prosecutors accuse businessman of embezzlement
The businessman faces three and a half years in prison for allegedly failing to return a payment of more than 341,000 euros which he received by mistake in his bank account from the city council of Novelda in Alicante.
The trial of the accused will take place on Thursday, October 3, in the second section of the Alicante provincial court.
