Indra begins the formal process of reviewing options regarding Minsait payments
The Board of Directors of Indra has decided to initiate a formal process to evaluate various alternatives related to Minsait Payments, as reported to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
Indra will keep the market informed of the development of this processcomplying with the provisions of current legislation on the securities market.
