Phytoma has included a virtual assistant for phytosanitary products on its website

Phytoma has reached an agreement with oSIGris to include GaIA on its website, a virtual assistant developed using artificial intelligence that helps technicians and farmers find the most suitable phytosanitary treatments for any crop. This tool makes it easy for users to access the wealth of phytosanitary information that exists on the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food website and responds to everyday decision-making needs in seconds to find the product that is best suited. each case and cultivation.

To access the virtual assistant, you need to find the icon sandwich in the lower right corner of the Phytoma home page and click to start a conversation.

GaIA, which will be on Phytoma’s website during the trial period, is designed to understand the questions a farmer submits and offer answers with phytosanitary solutions based on a variety of search criteria, focusing on crops, pests and other technical usage information.

oSIGris is developing other virtual assistant extensions for other countries and is working on future versions that will include fertilizers, biostimulants, environmental treatments or the ability to communicate via voice messages.
