Leapmotor (Stellantis) presents two new vehicles that will hit the European market in 2025.

These are the C-SUV B10 and C16, a development of the current C10.

Leapmotor, a “joint venture” between the Chinese manufacturer and Stellantis, presented in the last few hours at the motor show two of its new vehicles for the European market: the C-SUV B10 and the C16, an evolution of the current C10. in Paris.

Both products will go on sale in the various countries where the joint venture operates starting in 2025, company sources told Europa Press, although they did not specify the price or technical specifications of the two models.

With the B10, the automotive group enters into competition in the C segment, where Dacia (Renault Group) entered a few weeks ago with the launch of the Dacia Bigster. Thus, competition is intensifying in the large car market niche where brands are now trying to position themselves to accelerate their international expansion.

Additionally, the B10 will be the first of “many models” to be launched as part of Leapmotor’s B Series “throughout 2025” based on the LEAP 3.5 architecture, with advanced intelligent technologies, driver assistance systems and a customizable digital cockpit.

For its part, the C16 represents a “natural evolution” of the current C10, which the manufacturer already has on sale. Specifically, the vehicle is a D-segment SUV with an 800V silicon carbide platform designed for fast charging and family use with its 2+2+2 seating configuration and 15-minute charging capability.

“Together with Leapmotor, we are making low-cost, high-tech electric mobility accessible to consumers outside Greater China,” said Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares.

Today Leapmotor has more than 200 dealerships in 13 markets, of which more than 40 are in Spain, with the goal of reaching 500 sales points by 2025.
