“The start was a little chaotic, but Lance and I won because we gained some positions, we were 11th and 12th, waiting for an opportunity and score points, but on the 13th lap “The temperature seemed unsafe a little bit to the front left, so we made some changes to the steering wheel to protect that part of the car,” the Aston Martin driver said.

“That was fate, I was a bit unlucky today and didn’t finish, but we’ll see if Lance can score points. The team initially monitored the temperature, but after two laps the brake pedal failed and the temperature became unsafe to continue competing,” he continued.

“We are hoping for a better result, we need to improve, but it was a bad weekend with a yellow flag in the second quarter.
