Warner Bros. Discovery reached an agreement to settle its lawsuit with the NBA, and on the other hand, reached an agreement with Disney. license the popular Inside the NBA program to ESPN.
The Wall Street Journal published these two independent pieces of news this Saturday. but they are both connected with the NBA’s new television deal.
At approximate cost $76 billion and an eleven-year extension, the NBA signed this new television agreement with The Walt Disney Company (ABC and ESPN), NBCUniversal and Amazon Prime Video.

Either way, Warner Bros. Discovery will lose rights to broadcast matches in the US under a new agreement with Disney, NBC and Amazon.
On the other hand, Warner Bros. Discovery and Disney have reached an agreement. so ESPN could use the “Inside the NBA” brand.
