Robinson’s List is a free service run by the Spanish Association for the Digital Economy (Adigital) where citizens can register to avoid advertising from companies that they have not given their consent to send them advertising by phone, post, email and SMS/MMS. .

You can quickly and easily register on their site, and this way only companies you have given your consent to will be able to send you advertisements.
