Since Trump’s election on November 5, Europeans fear that the United States will withdraw from the conflict or even press for an agreement to be reached to the detriment of Kiev.

“President Trump has been very clear about the need to end this conflict. We have to discuss who stays at the table, whether it’s an agreement, a ceasefire, how can we get both sides to sit around this Are?” What will be the framework for the table and the agreement,” Waltz told Fox News.

Waltz: Government change will not be a problem

The president-elect’s inner circle strongly criticized Biden’s decision to allow Ukraine to attack Russian territory with long-range American-made missiles.

During his campaign, Trump was skeptical of the billions of dollars the Biden administration has provided to Ukraine since the beginning of the Russian invasion in 2022. Republicans have repeatedly promised to end the war quickly.
