Officially, the Met Gala is the benefit of the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, a black-tie extravaganza that takes place on the first Monday in May to raise money for the museum’s fashion wing. But, unofficially, it is the party of the year, the Oscars of fashion, while others recognize it as the MET lottery ticket, taking into account the large sum of money it raises: Last year’s gala alone reached 17.4 million of dollars.
This year it will take place on Monday, May 1, and from early, AND! will transmit completely LIVE and exclusively for all of Latin America the arrival of all the great guest stars.
