Likewise, presidential candidate Álvarez Mánez shared a message ensuring that no harm comes to him.

“After the accident in San Pedro Garza, where a strong gust of wind caused the platform where we were to collapse, I went to the San José hospital. I am fine and in touch with state officials To follow what happened. The only important thing right now is to take care of the victims of the accident.

In a second message, Amesista confirmed that members of his team were among the injured and said he was on his way to the incident site.

“My team members who were injured are already being treated at the hospital. I am going back to the site of the incident with the victims,” he indicated.

The MC candidate said he would remain at the site “until the last injured person is shifted to hospital”.

He finally announced that his trip to Tlaxcala and Hidalgo, scheduled for May 23, had been canceled; he would continue in Nuevo Leon.
