Karol G’s Tomorrow Will Be Bonito Stadium Tour is in full swing, visiting major markets in the United States.
So far, artists like Young Miko and Bad Gyal, who have opened for Karol in different cities, have joined the Colombian superstar on stage to sing their respective collaborations: in Young Miko’s case, “Dispo”, and “Karmika”, in Bad Gyal.
Meanwhile, surprise guests include Becky G, who joined Karol G to sing her girl power anthem “MAMIII” in Los Angeles; Ryan Castro, who took the stage during his first show at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, and J Balvin, who appeared on the second night at MetLife, where Karol G made history. According to the venue, the “Provenza” singer became the first Latin artist to headline MetLife Stadium, and the first Latin artist of any genre to play two consecutive nights (September 7 and 8).
“A year ago I celebrated 2 Madison Square Gardens in NY, without thinking that a year later I would celebrate 2 sold out stadiums in the same city,” Karol wrote on Instagram. “Seeing how much this family has grown begins to wrinkle my little heart, it fills me with nostalgia as well as joy.”
Karol’s Tomorrow Will Be Bonito Tour, produced by Live Nation, ends on September 28 at Gillette Stadium in Boston. The stadium tour follows her 2022 Love Tour $Trip Arena Tour, which became the highest-grossing US tour by a Latina woman in history. According to Billboard Boxscore data, it grossed $69.9 million from 33 shows in North America, surpassing Jennifer Lopez’s It’s My Party World Tour, which grossed $50 million in 2019, and Shakira’s El Dorado World Tour. Earned $28.2 million in 2018.
In addition to the stars who have taken the stage with Karol, there have also been a few celebrities, from Selena Gomez to Sofia Vergara, who have been spotted in the audience throughout the tour. See that list here.
