All transfers from the last market

As planned, the winter market closed with many transfers on the hour, some of them surrounded by controversy. FC Barcelona finalized the transfer of Héctor Bellerín to Sporting Clube de Portugal, but would not have managed to send the documents for the loan of the Mexican Julián Araujo on time. For their part, Chelsea broke the market with 121 ‘kilos’ for Enzo Fernández, who signed until 2031 as a ‘blue’ reinforcement.
Next, we review the most outstanding signings of the winter transfer window, where teams like Espanyol and Atlético de Madrid managed to reinforce themselves with surprising movements.
In the league
The LaLiga market closed with the signing of Fernando Pacheco by Espanyol. The 30-year-old goalkeeper managed to leave Almería after a semester in which he barely played a game. At the same time, the Aleti dispatched Felipe to Nottingham Forest and stayed with the Irish Matt Doherty at ‘zero cost’. The Irishman left Tottenham and signed until June 30 to dispute the ownership of the Argentine Nahuel Molina. Besides, Cádiz signed Chris Ramos, forward of CD Lugowhile Elche and Valladolid canceled the assignments of Randy Nteka (Rayo) and Jovane Cabral (Sporting CP),

At the last minute, Barça got rid of Héctor Bellerín in exchange for 1 million fixed euros plus 1 extra ‘kilos’ in variables. Sporting CP signed the Catalan for two and a half years, until the summer of 2024, with which the 27-year-old defender leaves the club with just seven official appearances in 2022/23. On the other hand, the negotiation with the LA Galaxy for the transfer of Julián Araujo was complicated by sending the documents late.

At the end of the market, Chelsea finished breaking their piggy bank to pay 121 million euros for Enzo Fernandezwho signed until 2031. The arrival of the Argentine opened the door to jorginhobrand new signing from Arsenal in exchange for 11 fixed ‘kilos’ and 2.5M in variables, with a contract until July 2024. The ‘blues’ had already spent 148M between the Ukrainian Mykhailo Mudryk and the French Benoit Badiashile.
In France and Italy
Less intense was the activity in Italy and France. In Serie A, Inter Milan confirmed that Milan Skriniar will go free to Paris Saint-Germain in June. PSG also closed the transfer without purchase option of Keylor Navas to Nottingham Forest, but could not finalize the arrival of Hakim Ziyech for late sending the documents for the Moroccan loan from Chelsea until the end of the season.
