Angus Cloud, ‘Euphoria’ actor, dies at 25

Actor Angus Cloud, best known for playing Fesco on Euphoria, has died at the age of 25. “It is with a heavy heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible creature today. As an artist, friend, brother and son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways.”This is stated in the statement of the family of the translator, addressed to the national media.

The actor passed away at his parents’ home in Oakland, California, but the cause of his death is still unknown.

However, his relatives indicated that the young man was “battling fiercely” with the loss of his father, who had died a week earlier, and asked for privacy for the family.

“Angus has been open about his struggles with mental health and we hope his death will be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not silently deal with this alone,” the family added.

Despite a short career in the industry, Cloud has positioned himself as one of Hollywood’s up-and-coming stars with his role as Fesco on the HBO teen series Euphoria, being one of the main characters in the first two seasons of the Zendaya-led show.

The actor has appeared in films such as The Line and North Hollywood and has also been part of music videos such as Becky G and Karol G’s Mamiiii or Juice WRLD’s Cigarettes.

The actor had projects waiting to be released, such as Ryan Fleck and Anna Boden’s Freaky Tales, in which he starred alongside Ben Mendelsohn, Pedro Pascal and Jay Ellis, or Dan Brown’s Your Lucky Day.
