Austin Butler kindly offered to come to Drew Barrymore’s aid if her blind date went wrong.
The 48-year-old TV presenter spoke candidly about the dating scene while previewing an upcoming episode of the series. She also shared that she has concerns about going out because of some dating advice she’s heard. “Everyone says that when you go on a date with someone, don’t have dinner. Have a drink, but I don’t know which is better,” she said.
Butler then stepped in to disagree, explaining: “I like dinner, then you know if it doesn’t work out. You can have a real conversation.” After sharing his confidence that Barrymore would “have a good time” on the date, Charlie’s Angels the star asked what she should do if this doesn’t happen.
