Bad Bunny has achieved his fourteenth music video to reach over 1 billion views on YouTube as a lead artist, guest or collaborator thanks to his participation on “Bailame (Remix)” by Nacho, which also features Yandel.
The Puerto Rican artist now equals J Balvin’s record as the artist with the most videos in the billion views club.
The official music video for Infectious’ “Ballamay (Remix)” premiered on August 11, 2017, and features Nacho, Yandel, and then-up-and-coming Bad Bunny performing the song together. Nacho’s original song peaked at number 5 on the Hot Latin Songs chart in October 2017.
Earlier this year, Bad Bunny marked his 13th entry in the coveted video store with his collaboration on J Balvin’s “Si Tu Boyfriend Te Deja Sola”, which was also released in 2017. His other titles on the list include “Te Boto (Remix)”, “Mayores” and “No Mecanos (Remix)”, all of which have already received over 2,000 million views.
The next five Bunny videos that are close to reaching 1 billion views are: “Soltera (Remix)” by Lune, Daddy Yankee and Bad Bunny; “Sensualidad” by Prince Royce, J Balvin, Bad Bunny, DJ Luian and Mambo Kingz; “Yonaguni” by Bad Bunny; “I’ve Got Used to It” by Archangel and Bad Bunny; and “Creepy Kush” by Farruko, Bad Bunny and RVSian.
The reggaeton star now joins J Balvin, who reclaimed his crown as the artist with the most videos in early August, surpassing 1 billion YouTube views. Both artists surpassed the previous title holders, Ozuna and Justin Bieber.
