The judge holder of the investigative court number 15 from Barcelona, Spain, formally launched an investigation for sexual assault against Brazilian Dani Alves, Who accused by a woman for allegedly touching her without her consent, fact that would have occurred in the nightclub called Sutton, in Barcelona at dawn on December 30.

“The head of the court of instruction number 15 of Barcelona has opened proceedings to investigate the alleged sexual assault, after receiving the complaint that the woman presented to the Mossos d’Esquadra (autonomous police of Catalonia), according to what legal sources have informed EFE”, the agency explained in a publication published on January 9.
What happened on December 30?
According to the version collected by the Spanish media, the woman was with a group of friends and there coincided with Daniel Alves, who was with some friends.
