Dubbed “The DressX x Dundas Party Drop,” the collection of digital apparel is inspired by iconic looks from personalities. It consists of five items including hyper-realistic and inclusive 3D clothing that adapts to any avatar body type, thanks to Roblox’s “Layered Clothing” technology.

Specifically, the collection includes the golden Queen Bey crown, inspired by one of Beyonce’s Grammy Awards looks, an embellished dress perfect for a metaverse party, and a pink ’90s Barbie-inspired mini dress. The collection is completed with two Dundas pieces decorated with his logo.

In May 2022, DressX became the first digital fashion pure-play to launch a collection on Roblox and has sold over 50,000 items from the debut collection.

“We are proud to kick off the new year 2023 with another exciting collection created together with the famous fashion label and designer beloved by the world’s personalities, Dundas,” said DressX founders Daria Shapovalova and Natalia Modenova.

“Taking inspiration from the brand’s famous red carpet designs, we’re confident our new Party Drop will quickly find its fans and become a must-choice for any special occasion on Roblox and in the metaverse. We’re honored to continue our close relationship with Dundas and continue to provide Roblox users with couture digital designs.”

Peter Dundas, in collaboration with Evangelo Bousis, launched his eponymous brand in 2017 with Beyoncé Knowles at the Grammy Awards. Today, Dundas regularly dominates many red carpet moments dressing high-profile personalities at key global events including the Oscars, the Grammys, the Met Gala, the Cannes Film Festival and the Super Bowl halftime show. , among others.

The fashion brand, together with DressX, launched a collection of six digital garments for the first time in September.

“At Dundas, we are proud to continue our collaboration with DressX, launching our second collaborative collection on Roblox. Our main goal is to take advantage of the new opportunities that digital fashion offers the industry and help the generation of the metaverse to unleash their creativity by wearing some of the most recognizable celebrity looks rendered digital,” said Peter and Evangelo.

“With the incredible amount of attention and demand we’ve seen with our previous drop, we’re very excited to receive the community’s response to our new Party Drop that we’ve been carefully preparing with DressX,” they added.
