“El Chapo” has no one to visit him: who are the only people who have seen him in three years

José Refugio commented to Infobae that he does not know if his client is already aware of the capture of his son Ovidio, although he believes that it is most likely that he is because the capo has a television in his cell where he can watch the news. “I don’t know if he already found out, but I am convinced that he already has to know. “El Chapo” Guzmán, in the five years he has been at ADMAX Florence, in Colorado, has only been able to make four phone calls with his mother, Maria Consuelo Loera Perez, and one of her sisters. “I also understand that his sister has visited him and apparently also the minors (the twins he had with Emma Coronel). “El Chapo” Guzmán had already made a public appeal for the circumstances in which he lives in the US in September 2021, when he sent an affidavit, written in first person, to Attorney General Merrick Garland, and to the director of the Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Michael Carvajal.

The one who was one of the founders of the Sinaloa Cartel claimed to suffer depression, hunger, sleep disturbances, headaches, memory loss, muscle cramps and stress.
