Elizabeth Olsen wants a Scarlet Witch comic story!

The return of scarlet witch to the mcu it is still a great possibility. And it not only has to do with the fact that his conclusion in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was relatively ambiguous -we never see the character die on screen-, but with the fact that the same Elizabeth Olsen has been completely open to returning to Marvel.

Now, during an interview with ScreenRant, the actress who has given life to Wanda Maximoff from Avengers: Age of Ultron, shared some of his ideas for the possible return of the character to the screen, ensuring that although the most dramatic facet of the character has already been explored enough, we have not yet seen its full potential exploited.

A more comedic Scarlet Witch story?

“We could do anything with Scarlet Witch!” Elizabeth Olsen commented during the interview, adding that while a lot has already been done with it, there is still a lot of unexplored territory.

“We have done many things. But now, we could have fun with her. I feel like we can give him a chance to play with humor.”

The actress also stressed that Wanda tends to consistently be the “most emotional” track in the stories of avengersso you would like to be able to change that part of the character, in addition to find a way to “hopefully redeem himself”making direct reference to the events that happened in Multiverse of Madness.

The Doctor Strange tape ends with Scarlet Witch “supposedly” dying after realizing the mistakes and crimes he has committed. However, Elizabeth Olsen still maintains that she could have survived to the collapse in which he found himself.

Olsen is not the only one to think so, because even Kevin Feige has given clues about the true fate of Wandaexplaining in an interview that “No one really knows what we saw among the chaos.”

“We saw a tower fall and a red flash. Who knows what that means” pointed out the producer.

Elizabeth Olsen wants Scarlet Witch back!

For now, Elizabeth Olsen is not listed in the upcoming projects of the MCU for cinema or streaming. However, the actress has been extremely vocal in her desire to resume her character, as well as refusing to share any ideas she has for it, should one come to fruition.

“If I tell you exactly what I would want, I feel like it might spoil something” explained in another interview, adding that for now, although it is not certain his return is not “unsure if I can share something or not”.

“I just want to go back!” the actress noted, adding that Feige and the team behind the studio always take their actors’ wishes into consideration for future projects.

On the other hand, not all requests are always fulfilled. Recently, Elizabeth Olsen confirmed that she does not expect to appear in the spin-off of WandaVision: Agatha Coven of Chaos, despite having commented that he would like to participate in the show.

“I would love to appear in Coven of Chaos. I love Kathryn Hahn and I never want to leave her side. She is so funny, I love her” shared. Until now, it is unknown when Olsen could return to the MCU, in addition to the fact that Agatha: Coven of Chaos It also does not have an official release date yet.
