Emily Blunt and John Krasinski’s Christmas prank went horribly wrong, despite the couple’s good intentions

Being a couple isn’t easy, but when it comes to Emily Blunt and John Krasinski, they make it look completely effortless. The couple has set the bar high because even after 16 years of marriage, they still give us butterflies in our tummies because they are so cute together. However, the two often indulged in pranks to keep the spark alive, and that’s exactly what happened when they decided to prank Jimmy Kimmel as part of their Christmas tradition.

However, the prank went horribly wrong when Emily Blunt attended the show and showed how they wanted to break tradition when they gift-wrapped Jimmy Kimmel’s car. John Krasinski then decided to drive, causing Kimmel’s McLaren to become a complete wreck.

John Krasinski and Emily Blunt went beyond Christmas pranks

During the episode Jimmy Kimmel Livethe host explained that he is close friends with Emily Blunt and John Krasinski; and how they have a strange tradition of playing pranks on each other at Christmas. Kimmel explained how Blunt and Krasinski once broke into Kimmel’s house and set up a Santa Claus and snowman exhibit, and how they placed zombies in his garden. In retaliation, Kimmel put up a 26-foot inflatable reindeer filled with feces, but the next year he pushed the boundaries by gift-wrapping their entire home, bringing in the Christmas spirit.

Kimmel thought gift wrapping the house would end the tradition, but he was wrong as he was pranked not once, but twice, increasing the pranks each time. However, the tradition continued the following year, and Emily Blunt invited her to her show, where she asked the host to “take a real look at your car.” Kimmy was surprised to see John Krasinski dressed as Santa Claus and revealed how he would take his McLaren to give away most of his stuff.

Office the actor entered the car, wrapped in a gift, and pressed the gas pedal, crashing into two obstacles, causing a piano to fall onto the car. Kimmel was too stunned to speak and asked Blunt: “How much money it cost!” I explained this action as “ridiculous.” Emily Blunt laughed at their actions and said:

“This is probably the best prank in the world. Although I don’t know when we will stop, I don’t know how we will end this. “We will continue to do this until we die.”

Meanwhile, Krasinski came out shouting, “We’re okay. “We’re fine, I’m fine.” The owner was surprised and asked if they would still play him at the holidays. Blunt assured that they are done for this year and will strike again next year.

Emily Blunt will return to her wedding to change one small decision

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski decided to get married on July 10, 2010 at George Clooney’s estate in Lake Como, Italy. The couple married in a private ceremony surrounded by close friends and family. However, the actress has only one regret from the memorable day. During a speech at The Late Show with James Corden via E! News, Blunt admitted that she had spray tan, which was a bad decision and if she had the chance, she would have changed it.

“I have a bad spray tan and I would probably change that. “I look at the photos and see that he just has an orange tint, which is unnatural for normal skin color.”

The actress added that she often wonders why she decided to save on her wedding look, because she looked like a sighted orange.

“It was DIY—why was I on a tight budget on my wedding day? Why?” she regretted. “It was a little patchy. It stinks! And it was a very hot day, so if you’re sweating and you have spray tan, wear white. I just see orange. “It was terrible.”
