EMILY PRESCOTT: Frosty, but cool. Saoirse Ronan never follows the rules, tucking her toes in -11C cold.
Temperatures in Utah may have dropped to -11C last week, but that didn’t stop Saoirse Ronan from showing off her toes in a very distinctive pair of Louis Vuitton shoes.
The odd shoe, like her jumpsuit, is part of the label’s new range and is not yet sold to the general public – or at least to those willing to spend around £1,000 on shoes.
Saoirse, 29, attended the Sundance Film Festival premiere of Overtaking, in which she plays a recovering alcoholic in Orkney.

Rosie cleaning up a cosmetics sale
Things are looking… well… rosy for M&S model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, whose “clean” beauty brand sold for £1.9 million.
Rose Inc, founded in partnership with the model in 2018, was put up for sale last year after US parent company Amyris filed for bankruptcy.
Luckily, the turmoil is over as the brand has been acquired by Hong Kong-based asset management firm AA Investments.
Of the beauty industry, Rosie (right) said: “It’s a fast-paced industry and just when I think I’ve got it figured out, the landscape changes.”
