Katherine Langford has starred in some of the biggest movies and TV shows. Her breakout role was as Hannah Baker in the Netflix adaptation 13 reasons why. He then played roles in Love, SimonAnd Avengers: Endgame. Langford is Australian, and has been enjoying the country’s summer weather. In a recent post on Instagram, Langford is seen wading into the ocean. She captioned the post, “How’s the peace.” How does she stay so fit? Langford reveals her skin care secrets glamour, “I find that I’m a lot more into hydration now, especially when I’m travelling, or when I’m spending time in the UK. I find that my skin can get really dry in the winter. I love hyaluronic acid serums. Like, L’Oréal Paris does a really good job – Revitalift Filler – and then I usually put a vitamin C and a moisturizer on top.”

In her interview with Glamour, Langford shared some of her self-care practices. She says that having supportive people around her is very helpful. “I think the answer will obviously be different for everyone. For me, it’s important to be around good people or people who make you feel really positive – and environments that make you feel positive. But also find what works for you.”

Langford is all about believing in yourself. She tells Glamor that she makes sure to reassure herself when she’s doing something new. “I think it’s important to be confident, and to know that whatever you want to do – and whatever you want to be – you can do it. You can be who you are and that’s okay.”

Langford supports a variety of causes. In her Glamor interview, she promoted the Walk Your Worth program. Langford also said in her interview that she supports various feminist and women-centered programs. “For this year’s Walk Your Worth, I personally feel very inspired. I think it’s a really empowering day, so I just hope people can celebrate the sisterhood and just enjoy the day , enjoy the program, and feel really empowered within yourself.”

Langford is all about self-care. He shared his secrets in an interview with to coax, “I think self-care comes in many different forms. I used to think that some kind of lavish beauty display or extravagance of beauty was self-care, but I didn’t really grow up with it over the years. , I’ve actually identified it more as self-love. When I was working on things that were really hard, I’d get the occasional massage. But while at home, I’d do masks. And also use moisturizer and just take extra care of my skin.”
