First batch of March games announced for Xbox Game Pass

Microsoft has announced the first batch of games coming to Xbox Game Pass in March.

As previously announced, Sony San Diego’s annual baseball game MLB The Show 24 will launch directly on the service.

Control, the third-person shooter from Remedy (Alan Wake 2), returns to the service in its Ultimate Edition, which includes two published DLC (Foundation and AWE). Remedy recently regained the rights to the intellectual property after purchasing them from 505 Games for $17 million and will be responsible for publishing the sequel and spin-off Condor.

Another notable game is No More Heroes 3, the latest installment in the hack-and-slash saga from Suda51 (Silver Case, Killer 7) starring Travis Touchdown.

Additionally, an Early Access version of Lightyear Frontier, a farming game set in space, will be released at launch.

Two games based on children’s TV series will be released within the month: PAW Patrol World (based on Paw Patrol) and SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated, a remaster of the 2003 SpongeBob game.
