Gerard Piqué has a lot to return. Before Shakira’s barrage against himthe Spanish soccer player cannot return him in a shootout because his profession is not singing, but he does use his creativity to manage to face his ex-partner.
Piqué, 35, returned this Sunday to show that he prefers everything that the Colombian singer insults in the lyrics of the song “BZRP Music Sessions #53”.

That appearance in a Twingo is a clear response to Shakira’s directness when she sings: “You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo” (in reference to the fact that Piqué changed her sentimentally for Clara Chía, his new partner of 22 years).
Far from entering fully into the controversy, he has chosen to counterattack with a sense of humor.
Last Friday the 13th Piqué appeared at a Twitch event wearing a Casio and veiledly declaring his love to Clara Chía with these words: “This watch is for life.”
He was referring to Shakira’s verse: “You traded a Rolex for a Casio.” In this way, the Colombian was compared to a luxury brand, while Piqué’s current partner was awarded a more affordable one.
