Gilles Lellouche realizes “L’Amour ouf” with François Civil and Adele Exarchopoulos at the Cannes Film Festival in 2024.
The comedy and the stage scene combine a remarkable spread for a long meter, in a park of different genres that combines romantic love and intense suspense, all integrated into a musical comedy.

In this story we see Jackie (Adele Exarchopoulos), a young girl with appliqué, and Clotaire (François Civil), a happy-go-lucky man who starts out in a dark environment. Pendant Ces deux-là tombent amoureux leurs années de lycée, dans les années 80, dans une ville portuaire du nord de la France. Les années passent et Clotaire, after 17 years in prison, est bien déterminé à rallumer la Flame avec Jackie, meme si elle est desormais mariée à un jeune of a successful entrepreneur (Vincent Lacoste).

Malgre a longueur quelque peu exagérée, L’Amour ouf Rat trap with brio ce petit défaut grace in replicas pleines d’esprit and memorable moments of musical comedy, conductors within the dance group La Horde.
Dismantler makes it easy to play across genres, this romantic “epic” that is part of two past eras is kind of ordinary. I missed the casting, full of “vedettes”, “l’amour reste le theme center”. The variety of genres can give the impression that the actors’ performances are superior to the characters, but there is more originality, competence and enthusiasm than the film touches the viewer.
