According to reliable sources through benchmark testing on Geekbench, the upcoming model will feature a SoC from Qualcomm, finally moving away from its proprietary chips.
The device, identified as model SM-S931B, is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor—Qualcomm’s most powerful chip to date. It also boasts 12 GB of RAM as its base configuration and runs on Android 15.

The publication reveals impressive scores achieved by the Galaxy S25 with this processor. It scored 2,986 points in single-core tests and 9,355 points in multi-core tests. This is significantly higher than previous Galaxy S24 models equipped with Exynos processors.
