Ibai shares his physical change after a month in the gym and his training plan

“I’ve been training in the gym for a month and I want to show you the change”. This is how Ibai Llanos begins his latest video for YouTube, in which, together with Valentín Colominas, his personal trainer, he invites us to do a home gym tourshare your training plan and shows us the physical improvement experienced during these first days. “He has gained strength, he has gained mobility, he has gained resistance… I see him much healthier and above all, a change that is very important to me: Arrives at the gym with a smile and desire to train. The streamer has the following tools in his home gym:

  • Aerobic zone composed of an elliptical, a treadmill and a bicycle.
  • Multistation with low row, lat pulldown and various pulleys.
  • Free weight space with dumbbells between 2 and 25 kilos.
  • Multipower for guided exercises.
  • Leg flexion and extension machine.

“There has been a change of mentality. There is something in me that has clicked and I have to do what I have to do, that I have had in fact some day very complicated in terms of stressI always go down to the gym some days even at night. If at some point I fail and don’t come, I don’t want to beat myself up and kill myself either. I notice that it helps me to be better in my day to day”, explains Ibai himself.

Ibai’s training plan

The streamer even dares to show us in the video what exercises he does and how much weight he lifts in a normal day for the torso and lower body . This is the Ibai training plan:

  • Chest pull: 4 series of 8 to 12 repetitions and 3-minute breaks (Ibai can lift 60 kilos).
  • Low rowing: 4 series of 8 to 12 repetitions (Ibai ends with 52 kilos).
  • Leg extension: 4 series of 8 to 12 repetitions (Ibai moves 77 kilos right now).
  • Leg flexion: 4 series of 8 to 12 repetitions (70 kilos).

“I have had everything in my favor. A personal trainer, the economic capacity to train in my own home… and I have failed time and time again. I have left my routine many times,” Ibai confesses at one point in the video. “Everyone has their context, their personal situation in their lives and We don’t know what another may be going through.
