Ibercaja will strengthen its commercial leadership in Burgos and the regions in which it already operates.
Ibercaja presented its new strategic plan for 2024-2026, which focuses on customers, business growth, sustainability and enterprise transformation. President Francisco Serrano and CEO Victor Iglesias presented the main directions and goals of “Now Ibercaja”, the bank’s road map for the next three years, before kicking off an internal meeting that brought together more than 200 managers in Zaragoza.
They noted that economic growth will continue to be driven by the geographical regions of the consolidated expansion, Madrid and the Mediterranean Arc, while at the same time it will strengthen the commercial leadership it already has in Aragon, La Rioja, Guadalajara, Burgos and Badajoz, in addition promoting the rejuvenation of the customer base.

The strategic plan provides a specific budget of 45 million euros for this year, which, added to the resources provided in the regular budget, amounts to a total of 110 million euros of investment for this year in Iberkaya, of which more than half will go to technological, operational and commercial transformation.
Finally, as the organization said in a statement included with Ical, it has set a target of cumulatively increasing its customer base, known as “committed” customers, by ten percent between 2024 and 2026: 50,000 new individual customers, 6,000 business customers and 2 000 clients from small and medium-sized businesses and large companies.
