A man from Northern California Missing since 1999 Found in a Los Angeles hospital after seeing her sister Article in USA Today Help is being sought to identify him.

Captain Mike Carney of the Lassen County Sheriff’s Office told ABC that the sister was “very grateful” they took the time to follow up.
“This will make your Thanksgiving so much better,” The officer added.
Carney told the television station that the case is a “perfect example” of not abandoning missing persons cases.
