About Dr. Ramon Tallaj
Dr. Ramon Tallaj is a prominent physician and leader in the field of public health and family medicine, graduated in Internal Medicine, with extensive experience at both a public and private level.
He has held various positions in the health sector, including Undersecretary of Public Health and Social Services, member of the Border Affairs Commission of Haiti and the Dominican Republic, and Medical Director of the Institute of Social Security and Welfare of the Dominican Republic.
Dr. Tallaj, has been recognized by the Dominican Dental Medical Society as an inspiration to his peers in 2009, and by Cambridge Who’s Who in 2010. He has also received several awards, including “Most Outstanding Dominican in the United States of America” in two occasions.
