The mansion is very spacious: with a construction of 16 thousand square feet, 9 rooms and 14 bathrooms.

For the necessary privacy, it is situated on a 1.13 acre lot.

‘TMZ’ also noted that the new house of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck would have a gym, a professional entertainment room, a game room and a pool with space to light fires.

As if that were not enough, it also has a completely independent guest house.

A noteworthy fact is that this property is very close to the house where Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner lived in their marriage, which they sold in 2018.
