Kevin Bacon Heads To Space In Guardians Of The Galaxy Holiday Special Clip

Marvel Studios is bringing us a special just in time for the holidays, and what a blessing to have Guardians in it with. james gunn direct the feature film. Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special also an actor Kevin Bacon Canon MCU, something fans have wondered about ever since he was named in the original film. Now, ahead of the new film’s debut on Disney+ to the delight of millions of fans, the studio has released a new clip featuring the actor. In the short clip, Bacon is seen aboard the Guardians’ spaceship with Drax (Dave Bautista) and Mantis (Pom Klementieff). In a serene moment, Bacon looks out at the galaxy and says, “Woah! Right now, for some reason, I feel really good about the whole thing,” perhaps speaking of his own kidnapping. But Drax doesn’t seem so happy with this adventure that he jokes: “We hate you.”

In the upcoming feature, we see Drax and Mantis come to earth to find Bacon as they plan to give Peter Quill aka Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), who is missing Gamora (Zoe Saldana), a surprise for Christmas. The previously revealed trailers give us a glimpse of their adventure on earth and from the looks of it, this feature is going to be hilarious and Christmas-worthy! The first reaction to the holiday special calls it a “festive warm-up”. Given Gunn’s penchant for all things absurd and colorful, this feature will be the holiday treat fans have been waiting for. It will certainly serve as a precursor for the next Guardians of the Galaxy 3. The feature was written by Gunn over the span of three days and features incredible musical numbers (another mixtape in the works!)

Given the director’s new role at DC Studio as co-chairmen and CEO, this is his penultimate feature film in the MCU. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 which releases May 5, next year will mark his departure from Marvel for the foreseeable future. The film will also bring the chapter closer to its ragtag group of galactic misfits. Starring Bautista, Pratt, Klementieff and Bacon, the holiday special sees the return of Karen Gillan like Nebula, Wine Diesel Also big, Sean Gunn like Kraglin, Michael Rooker like Yondu, and bradley cooper as Rocket Raccoon as the newcomer Maria Bakalova voice Cosmo the space dog.
