Khloe Kardashian revives her “dream home” look next to Kris Jenner
Khloe Kardashian has resumed renovating her $17 million dream home next door to her mother Kris Jenner in California’s exclusive Hidden Hills neighborhood.
On Wednesday, she was spotted monitoring the progress of the renovation of her newly built mansion.
Kardashian looked relaxed as she surveyed the area, wearing a loose brown tracksuit and her hair styled in a high ponytail held in place by a beige clip.
The renovations are being carried out despite previous two years of construction work at the site.
Her ex-partner and father of her child, Tristan Thompson, recently purchased the property next door for $12.5 million.
Chloe began a major renovation of the exterior of her home. In 2021, the reality star moved into the newly built home, which sits on a spacious 10,000-square-foot lot after more than two years of construction.
Expressing your excitement during the episode Kardashian, she shared her joy at seeing the tangible results of building her dream home.
Kris Jenner praised her for her independent efforts to organize and finance the project.
The duo invested a total of $37 million to build side-by-side mansions on the 3.4-acre site, which they purchased in April 2021.
Kardashian reportedly donated $17 million toward her home, while Jenner contributed more than $20 million toward her home.
Prior to the joint venture, Jenner sold her previous mansion in Hidden Hills for $15 million.
