Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s daughter Penelope Disick may have a future in business, and considering who her family is, it makes sense.
on the latest episode of kardashian, the Poosh founder revealed how involved his 11-year-old child is in his business affairs. “Penelope is the most interested in what I do,” Kardashian Barker said of her three older children. The pre-teen visited the set of a photoshoot for her mom’s wellness brand, Lemme, and she immediately became immersed in the process. Penelope was seen and heard sharing feedback with Kardashian Barker, letting her know which poses were awkward and which ones were “too cute.”

The mother of four praised her only daughter for her business and creative projects, saying, “She responds very well, her aesthetic sense is amazing. “I love her opinion and I find it really valuable,” Kardashian Barker said. While many adults wouldn’t take an 11-year-old’s input seriously, we love that the Poosh founder encourages Penelope and gives her the space to be involved in her two businesses. These types of experiences will certainly stick with Penelope as key memories of her childhood, potentially resonating enough to become defining moments in her life.
Talking in more detail about their relationship, the proud mom shared, “I’m really close to my daughter and I’m glad she’s a strong woman like me.”
Penelope comes from a multi-generational legacy of strong women who have started their own businesses — in addition to her mother’s companies, grandmother Kris Jenner’s management empire, aunt Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS and SKKN, aunt Khloé Kardashian’s Good American , Aunt is Kylie Jenner’s Kylie. Cosmetics and Khe, aunt Kendall Jenner’s 818 Tequila, and even great-grandmother Mary Jo Shannon’s clothing boutique. And who can forget Kourtney, Kim and Khloe’s first venture, Dash? Given their incredible roster of highly successful businesses, it’s no surprise that pre-teens are showing a natural aptitude for entrepreneurship and creation.
