Messi and Cristiano met again and both scored: Riyadh All-Star 4-5 PSG

(CNN Spanish) — After Lionel Messi’s World Cup victory with Argentina and Cristiano Ronaldo’s inglorious departure from Manchester United, football fans were waiting for a new confrontation of the best footballers of the century like when the Argentine and the Portuguese were at Barcelona and Real Madrid respectively. This Thursday they faced each other in an atypical match between the Riyadh All-Star and PSG, they did not disappoint: the cracks scored goals and showed that they are still the exponents of the football elite.
The match between the team made up of the best players from Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr —led on this occasion by Marcelo Gallardo— and the French club began with a goal from Messi 3 minutes into the game, assisted by Neymar.

Marquinhos, with the assistance of Kylian Mbappé, put the second for the Parisians after 43 minutes.
Neymar missed a penalty at 45+3.
In added time at the end of the first half, Cristiano Ronaldo scored the second for his team.

The Spanish Sergio Ramos, Cristiano’s former teammate at Real Madrid, scored the third for PSG at minute 54. Mbappé again made the pass for the goal.
Hyun-Soo Jang scored the 3-3 tie for the Saudis, assisted by Argentine Gonzalo ‘Pity’ Martinez.
Mbappé got his prize with PSG’s fourth goal, a penalty.
The fifth for PSG was scored by Frenchman Hugo Ekkite, at 78. At the end of the match, Talisca scored the fourth for the Arabs.
Cristiano left the field at minute 61 and Messi left two minutes later. The goal of all those who love this sport and who have enjoyed one of the best rivalries in history was fulfilled: the GOATs scored and the whole world celebrated.
The goals from Ramos and Mbappé, moreover, were the icing on the cake. A luxury.
