michaela coel and Anne Hathaway are two iconic figures of Hollywood entertainment who will work together for the first time in Mother Mary, a new project from the popular producer of recent film hits such as Everything everywhere at the same time, midsummer and others. There is already a lot of expectation for the film, especially for its protagonists.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, in the new story the American actress of WeCrashed and The Miserables will step into the role of a pop music star, while the British filmmaker renowned for being an integral part of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and I May Destroy You, She will play a fashion designer. The plot will explore a relationship between them.
Few details of the film are known so far, such as that it is defined as an ‘epic pop drama’.
