Nintendo has shown for the first time the gameplay of the new video game about Princess Peach, titled Princess Peach: Showtime!, which will be released on Nintendo Switch on March 22, 2024.
In the game, presented during a Nintendo Direct dedicated to video games to be released in winter, the protagonist will be able to transform in various ways, becoming a researcher or a swordswoman, for example, thus obtaining new skills to face the different levels. -dimensional.

In addition to Princess Peach: Showtime, Nintendo has announced that the remake of Mario vs Donkey Kong, originally released on Game Boy Advance, will arrive on Switch on February 16, the latest additional content pack for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, with new courses and new characters (Diddy Kong, Funky Kong, Peachette and Pauline), and the remastering, with improved graphics, of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, originally released on GameCube. It is expected in 2024.
Also presented was the remastering of the first three games in the Tomb Raider series, which will be reunited in a single edition, titled Tomb Raider I-II-III Remastered, on February 14.
The two Another Codes, originally released for Nintendo DS and Wii, will also return to Switch in a remastered edition: Another Code: Recollection is scheduled for January 19.
There is also a new expansion for Splatoon 3, Tower of Order, which will be released next year, and also F-Zero 99, which transforms the original video game, released for SNES, into a race-battle between 99 players. F-Zero 99 is now availableas exclusive for Nintendo Switch Online members.
For the occasion, Nintendo also presented a reproduction of the SNES controller, designed to play games of this type.
Trombone Champ, an irreverent experience based on the interpretation of some musical pieces with the trombone, has also been announced for Nintendo Switch and is now available.
