Approved, at the proposal of the Qualifying Courts, the definitive lists of applicants who have passed the competition-opposition for the free access system, of:

Physician Specialist Area, specialty Medical Surgical Dermatology and Venereology.

Physician Specialist Area, specialty Internal Medicine

The aforementioned lists are published in alphabetical and punctuation order, indicating the access system through which each applicant participates, the score entered by the applicants in each of the sections of the self-scale of merits presented, the score assigned by the Qualifying Courts in each of the sections of the scale of merits, and the scores obtained in the competition, opposition phase and the total of the competition-opposition.

The aforementioned definitive lists will be found exposed to the public on the physical or virtual notice boards of the Central Services of the Andalusian Health Service and of the Territorial Delegations of the Ministry of Health and Consumption, as well as on the website of the Andalusian Health Service from the day of publication of this resolution in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía.

The list of places offered according to the distribution by destination centers will be approved by resolution of this General Directorate that will be published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía, for better coordination with the processes of voluntary mobility through a transfer contest. , convened by this General Directorate.

Against this resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, an optional appeal for reinstatement may be filed with the General Directorate of Personnel within a period of one month or, directly, a contentious-administrative appeal before the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia, Granada Chamber. , within a period of two months, counting both periods from the day following the publication of this resolution in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía.
