Following the deadline for the submission of qualified offers, the ACB announces a list of players whose recruitment is subject to the right of first refusal by the home club, as well as those players who received a qualified offer on that day and who have indicated their intention to return to ACB competition in the 2024 season –25.
In accordance with the procedure for concluding contracts established by the IV Collective Agreement, the 13-day period for providing offer documents for players with the right of first refusal ends on July 7.
Clubs interested in any player included in the list must submit an offer document to the ACB, who will send it to the home club the next day, so that within 5 calendar days they can, if they wish, exercise: their right to an extension.
