In this year 2023, the College of Physicians of Albacete continues to bet on the ‘Primary Conversations’ program, a meeting between professionals who work in Primary Care in the province of Albacete, and which is open to the rest of the population. A forum to discuss and highlight the important and essential role that Primary Care plays within the Health System.
With the aim of becoming a space where you can reflect on the past, discuss the present, and share your vision, thoughts and proposals on the future and the new challenges facing Primary Care in Albacete, this Friday, the 13th of January, a new conversation will take place by Dr. Verónica Casado, specialist in Family and Community Medicine; family doctor, university professor and teacher, she directed the preparation of the 4-year specialty program, the first in Spain based on competencies, currently in force.
Dr. Casado will speak about «The role of Family Medicine at the University. Back to the future of Primary Care and Family and Community Medicine» in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Medicine of Albacete, at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the organizers is to involve society, the media and all administrations in the task of “promoting and strengthening the commitment of Primary Care with people as protagonists, with scientific rigor and with equity in care and care ”, they conclude in a statement.
