Jodie Comer, Austin Butler and Tom Hardy are the posters for Jeff Nichols’ new film Biker Men. Inspired by faits réels, this tale of a ’60s motorcycle gang will hit stores June 19th.
After the triumph of Dune: The Second Party and the distribution of the Masters of the Air series, achieving success, Austin Butler went to the cinema this year and appeared in cinemas on June 19 in the poster of the film Racers. This long meter, which is especially intense after the premiere images, approaches the rise of the Midwestern motard gang in the 60s.
The stage and director Jeff Nichols became interested in the famous figure of the American biker, who did not mention “Mud – Sur les rives du Mississippi,” “Take Shelter” and “Loving.” He inspired a book of photographs by Danny Lyon that became my favorite motard band from 1963-1967.
On screen, Austin Butler portrays the indomitable Benny, a member of the Vandals, a fictitious Chicago Liberation club who thought they were a collection of local town outcasts who were fast-paced and dangerous. In the face of this gang, the ruthless Johnny is protected by the brilliant Tom Hardy, who surprises his co-star during the tour.

Jodie Comer (“Killing Eve,” “The Last Duel”), also on the “Bike Racers” poster, embodies Katie, a young woman who can be charming as Benny and like telling the story. Mike Feist, Michael Shannon, Damon Herriman and Norman Reedus completed the film’s run.
