(REDACTED), a spin-off of The Callisto Protocol, will be published in October.

(REDACTED), the Callisto Protocol spin-off announced earlier this year as Project Birdseye, now has a release date.

The game is set in the same universe as the horror game from Striking Distance Studios, but in roguelike form and with a completely different aesthetic. (REDACTED) will be available on October 31 and will have versions for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/C and PC.

The official description states that “Blackiron, a modern prison located on Jupiter’s icy moon Callisto, is overrun with infected prisoners. As a prison guard, your job is simple: reach the last escape pod and escape alive.”

As we mentioned a few lines earlier, the aesthetics abandon the realistic style of The Callisto Protocol and opt for a more comic style. This also extends to the arcade punk soundtrack, produced by Mutato Muzika.

If you’re looking to get your hands on (REDACTED) in time for its launch at the end of October, The Callisto Protocol will be available for free on the Epic Games Store for the next seven days.
